Teamwork makes the dream work! Organization Management Group’s company retreat in May was all about striking the perfect balance: working hard, playing hard and growing together as employees got to know each other better, built team relationships and developed professionally.
And it was even better with the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront as a backdrop!
OMGers bonded through games and explored each other’s hidden talents and interests during Ignite presentations (did you know we have a beekeeper among us?). Author and motivational speaker Mark Given showed attendees “We Can Do Hard Things” and shared “What Disney Knows” as it correlates to business and member services,” and marketing professional Michael Kimball taught OMGers how to “Unlock Your Brand’s Power!” Activities also included a sandcastle-building competition and recognition of employee anniversaries.
